The beach! The longest strerch from the airport to Gilimanuk in the North west at the edge of Java. Beaches for surf, for sunbathing, for walking windswept; it is all here, through the urban sprawl into the emerald carpets of canggu rice fields. Silvery under the moonlight, the sea that surrounds us enchants and inspires us. The Tanah lot temple give truth to this and any sunset watch as intrepid surfers catch the waves crashing into the rising cliffs and priests place holy offerings at the mouths of caves to appease the wrath that can spring unbidden from the depths.

Spas Of the Region

Day Spas are plentiful in Kuta, offering everything from the ubiquitous hair braiding to ear candles. In selecting the spas for our guide we placed very great emphasis on hygiene and training of therapist. Beauty is worshipped everyday in Bali, from the placing of a flower on a plate to adorning the temples with offerings. It is natural, when surrounded by beauty, to be influenced to give attention to personal care and body wellness. Kuta & The West

Kuta is a wolrd famous area that encompasses much of the tourist centre of Bali.
Great beaches, modern shopping centres and entertainment venues have swept this once sleepy village into a sprawling metropolis full of intrigue, history, hawkers and twenty-four hour a day action.
Kuta 'central' falls between the Tuban airport area and the fringes of upmarket Seminyak. Slipping through an undefined boundary somewhere around Jalan melasti the area becomes Legian and the seminyak, known for their modern, European style cafes and bars, chic boutique shopping, yoga classes and salon spas. Further still and you reach the less populous yet still popular areas of Umulas, Batu Belong and Canggu. Surfing beaches and shade more funky cafes and warungs attract.
